Each riverside cottage sleeps from 2 to 8 guests in comfort in two double and two twin bedrooms. The master double bedroom in each cottage features a king size double bed plus spacious ensuite bathroom with a large corner bath. Each cottage also benefits from a second family bathroom plus a downstairs cloakroom.

Whether boating, fishing or just lazing by the River on a sunny summers day watching the boats go by and feeding the swans and ducks, Wroxham has something to offer all of the family. With it's excellent choice of pubs and restaurants plus 'Roys of Wroxham', the largest village store in the country.

Located in the heart of the Norfolk Broads, and easily accessible by road and rail, Wroxham is the perfect base to explore the Norfolk Broads and the sandy Norfolk beaches which are within a short drive.

Also close by can be found the Bure Railway, stately homes, the historic and bustling City of Norwich and quiet Broadland Villages, each with their own unique character. Please click on the "Local Info" link for more places to visit and things to see and do.

We welcome one well behaved pet in Riverside cottage at a small charge of £25 per holiday. Anchor Cottage is pet free. For the comfort of all our guests, both cottages are non-smoking.

Both Riverside and Anchor Cottages have a small waterside patio garden with patio furniture for alfresco dining whilst watching the sun set over the River Bure. You can even moor your own boat (or hired day/weekender boat) on your private 17 foot mooring allowing you to fully enjoy exploring the local waterways. If you enjoy fishing, you can fish directly from your own riverside garden!
