CONDITIONS OF HIRE & ACCEPTANCE OF BOOKING

We reserve the right to cancel holiday lets without liability in exceptional circumstances. Alternative accommodation cannot be guaranteed if, through circumstances completely beyond our control (e.g fire, flood, weather conditions), we are unable to make available the property booked. Deposits and monies paid would be fully refunded in these exceptional circumstances

  • In the event of your having to cancel your holiday, we strongly recommend that you take out Holiday Cancellation Insurance.
  • We regret that deposits and monies are non-refundable, save as mentioned in clause 1, above.
  • The balance due on your holiday must be paid 6 weeks in advance of the start date.
  • Sorry, no refunds if you cannot complete your stay.
  • Hirers are responsible for making good any damage or breakages, replacing with like if possible.
  • The number of persons or pets must not exceed the number stated when booking except by prior arrangement, and shall not exceed the capacity as advertised.
  • Pets are only allowed on the understanding that they are not allowed on the furniture, and that they must be under control at all times. You must clear up after your dog and dispose of the waste appropriately. Pets are not allowed upstairs.
  • The property must be left in a clean and tidy condition. If this is not the case we reserve the right to make an additional cost for extra cleaning.
  • Cars, cycles, and all other vehicles, accessories and contents are left at your own risk. We cannot be responsible for any loss or damage from or to a vehicle whatever its contents whatsoever.
  • All bed linen and towels are provided
  • Holiday Accommodation will be available from 3.00pm on day of arrival, please vacate by 11.00am on day of departure. In ‘off peak’ season please check with us as accommodation is often available earlier if required
