Both cottages can be let together for larger groups and family occasions, sleeps up to 13. Wayford Windmill is a wonderful character property. Access to each bedroom is via open steps and through each bedroom. This property is not ideal for the less mobile & toddlers except where carefully supervised. There is limited storage available due to the nature of the property.

Wonderfully located alongside the river that is navigable and access directly onto the Broads and offers superb pike fishing.

Over 400 feet of river frontage with a 1 acre private lake. Superb private fishing and boating locally. The cottages are on a 2 acre plot of land with 400 metre private driveway, no close neighbours and a private slipway. Prime fishing location with excellent pike & coarse fishing from riverbank.

Wayford Bridge Inn pub and restaurant close by (2 mins).
