The property consists of the main detached farmhouse of character and a detached stone gatehouse, either of which you can rent seperately or jointly - in which case they can accomodate up to 12 guests.

The Gatehouse is a seperate building at the entrance to the grounds, a short distance from the farmhouse, it has a large lounge and dining area, luxury fitted kitchen and has two bedrooms. The farmhouse and gatehouse are set within 4 acres of grounds, containing well established gardens with tropical plants and private woodland, giving plenty of opportunities for woodland walks and simply admiring the lovely natural surrounds and the views over the estuary.
This property provides the ideal retreat to get away from it all but it also provides the perfect base for the full range of outdoor activities available locally. In addition to the beach and water sport activities, such as sailing, yachting, rowing, canoeing and fishing, there is a championship golf course in Aberdovey and all manner of inland activities such as walking, hiking, cycling and climbing and many more associated with Snowdonia National Park.
When booking a relaxing rural retreat at Panteidal Farm you will also be granted
access to the Plas Talgarth Leisure Resort just two miles down the road where
you can enjoy an indoor and outdoor pool, sauna, spa, Jacuzzi, gym and a whole
host of other leisure activities (available upon request with the owners).
