Lochside Cottage - Conditions of Hire

1. Booking. Lochside Cottage is booked when a deposit is received and

acknowledged by the owner.

2. Balance of Hire Fees. The balance of hire fees is due to be paid to the owner 4

weeks before the start of your holiday. Published prices are subject to changes in

the V.A.T. rate.

3. Cancellation. If you have to cancel, telephone the owner immediately, then

confirm in writing. The owner will make every effort to re-let the cottage, if

unsuccessful you will remain responsible for the balance of the hire fees. The

owner does not have a cancellation scheme, and the deposit is non returnable.

4. Hire Period. The hire period starts at 4pm on your arrival day and ends at 10am

on your departure day.

5. Brochure. Every effort is made to ensure that the description of Lochside Cottage

is accurate. The owner can not accept liability for any inaccuracies that may exist.

6. Insurance. The owner has Public Liability cover of £1,000,000. The owner can

not accept any liability for loss or damage to hirers property, baggage, motor cars

etc however caused.

7. Breakages. All breakages must be paid for before departure.

8. Owners reservations. The owner reserves the right to refuse to hand over the

Cottage to any person who, in his opinion, is not suitable to take charge of it. In

this event all money will be refunded in full and the hirers shall have no other

claim against the owner. No all male parties can be accepted without prior

permission. If, owing to circumstances beyond the control of the owner, he is

unable to provide the Cottage. The owner will refund in full all moneys paid and

the hirers shall have no further claim against the owner.
