The washing machine, drier and ironing equipment are located in a separate space from the kitchen.

All the living accommodation is on the ground floor so that guests with disability or mobility problems are not inconvenienced. Three of the lodges are single storey too.

The spacious drawing rooms are open plan with the dining area and look South over the grounds of the resort and the Loch. The ambience is sophisticated but warm, comfortable and intimate too. Local facilities:

Exclusive access to Loch Lomond is our greatest resource. With 18 acres of loch shore to explore, guests can walk, barbeque, fish or swim in one of the world's most famous beauty spots. We are at the widest part of the largest fresh water expanse in Britain.

Our guests value their privacy but also want many of the services that they would find in a first class hotel. These are located within a delightful bistro and leisure venue that will open in early 2007. This will cater for lodge guests and discerning locals too. The menu will feature the best of Scottish cuisine with an emphasis on organic and locally produced food. Why not enjoy a lazy late breakfast with newly-met friends on the patio. Because of our onsite catering we can also offer guests a range of other services.

If you don’t want to cook then a delicious, freshly cooked meal could be waiting in your lodge oven for your return from a day’s sightseeing. Fresh and organic foods as well as designer gifts can be purchased from our shop on site and our beauty therapist can pamper ladies in the privacy of their lodge.

The resort’s 18 acres of land are bordered by the unique sandy shore of Loch Lomond. Trout and salmon and coarse fish abound in the warm and shallow waters. The wooded foreshore provides barbeque areas and extensive walks for the exclusive enjoyment of our guests.

The adjacent Nature Reserve and woodlands are home to deer, badgers, otters, Osprey, Capercaillie and many other species of birds.
