The cottage is down a private road and set on a busy stretch of the River Bure just before reaching the popular Swan Pub Inn at Horning and overlooks marshland that is rich with wildlife. With four good sized bedrooms including the annexe double bedroom which has its own ensuite this is an ideal family cottage. In addition for larger families needing another bedroom there is the boathouse which offers a self contained studio apartment with kitchennette, bathroom, double bedroom and lovely balcony views.
Relax on the furnished decking and swing seat and watch the world float by or fish from the rivers edge and challenge yourself to catch the large pike that are roaming all around. Lovely location to explore the Broads by boat or just relax.
